To support this growth, we are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Principal – Finance Systems to take ownership of our finance systems landscape and drive innovation, optimisation and continuous improvement across the business. The Opportunity In this influential role, you will be the custodian of the Company’s finance systems, ensuring data integrity, seamless integrations and the delivery of timely, accurate and decision-useful financial information. Your key responsibilities will include: Owning and maintaining the integrity, accuracy and consistency of financial data across Pronto and integrated systems Developing, reconciling and maintaining finance system integrations across multiple business platforms Leading the review, testing, implementation and post-implementation support of system upgrades and enhancements Identifying and implementing automation and process improvement opportunities to improve efficiency, governance and control Developing, maintaining and supporting financial and operational reports, dashboards and queries using approved reporting tools Acting as the subject matter expert for finance systems, providing training, support and mentoring to finance team members and business users Partnering with Finance, IT and operational site teams to ensure systems align with business objectives Providing remote support and site-based assistance when required Leading, coaching and developing direct reports to build a high-performing finance systems and reporting function What you can expect from us At Genesis, our people are at the heart of everything we do. We’re excited to hear from you if you have: Demonstrated experience in a similar Finance Systems, ERP or Financial Reporting Systems role Proven experience supporting, administering or optimising ERP systems (Pronto experience highly regarded) Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with a customer-service mindset Experience with reporting and analytics platforms such as QlikView Experience with ITrack or similar accounts payable automation systems (desirable) Tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Finance or a related discipline CPA or CA qualification (desirable) Ready to be part of something bigger?
