The role: In this contract role you will lead the discovery, planning and delivery of digital product improvements across a high-traffic, customer-facing platform. You will work on a massive modernisation of the entire ecosystem, within a cross-functional team, you’ll translate customer and business insights into a prioritised product roadmap – driving work from idea to delivery with a collaborative, evidence-based approach. Responsibilities: Lead discovery activities to generate actionable insights and ideas to inform product decisions Identify, analyse, evaluate and prioritise opportunities and solutions that deliver business and customer outcomes Develop and own a value-focused Product Roadmap by synthesising internal, external and generative inputs Lead and coordinate the flow of valuable, ready-to-play work into the cross-functional team Develop business cases and supporting analysis where required Assist with product operations including risk and incident management, vendor and contract management, and budget oversight Build strong stakeholder relationships and communicate effectively across all levels of the organisation Champion customer-centred design and evidence-based decision-making across the team Key experience: Demonstrated experience enhancing and maintaining customer-facing digital products Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, Lean, CX and UX delivery methodologies Strong facilitation, coaching and motivational skills with cross-functional teams High-level analytical and problem-solving skills, with confidence using data to inform decisions Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills across all levels of an organisation Desirable experience: Experience working within a government or regulated industry environment Familiarity with digital analytics tools and data-driven product decision-making Experience with product operations including vendor management and budget oversight The benefits: Join a mission-driven organisation where your work has genuine impact Work on a high-profile digital platform with a large, diverse user base Collaborative, cross-functional team environment with real support to deliver Genuine opportunity for contract extension based on performance and business need Competitive market rates How to apply: If you are interested and possess the right experience, please apply now via the link to be considered.
