The opportunity In this role, you will take a leading position in shaping and strengthening culturally informed practice across a range of community-focused services. Your work will involve: Guiding culturally respectful and safe ways of working across programs Strengthening internal accountability to community through cultural governance Building capability within teams through coaching, mentoring, and reflective learning Providing cultural advice and supervision to support best practice Embedding lived experience and cultural knowledge into service design Developing and maintaining strong relationships with Elders, ACCOs, and community partners Supporting approaches that reinforce connection to culture, Country, and community About you You are someone who leads with culture, integrity, and community at the centre of your work.
