Role & Responsibilities: Letting & vetting of sub-contractor packages Liaise with suppliers and sub-contractors and stakeholders Negotiate agreements striving for win win outcomes Tracking of project expenditure against budget Responsible for lodging progress claims Your Background: Ideally have 1year experience with a commercial builder or High End residential builder as a Contract Administrator Main Contractor experience is a must Ability to communicate effectively Display the right attitude Able to work in a team environment and drive outcomes You will receive: $70k-$85k package Excellent mentoring and gain valuable experience Vast career options Variety of projects to further your reputation in the industry The Builder Based in the Geelong in a new office, these guys have paved the way for becoming a Boutique Builder specialising in Commercial, Mixed use, and Residential projects including Education, Childcare, and Apartments/Townhouses throughout Victoria.
