About the role Reporting to the Project Manager you will be working on 1-2 projects at a time, working on new build and fit out projects ranging from $3mil-$20mil and be responsible for; Preparing scopes of work Preparing monthly cost reports and forecasts. Administrating the head and sub-contracts. Progress payments. Deal with any variations or contractual matters that arise. About you Must have 3 years experience as a Contract Administrator in the commercial, fit-out or apartment space. Main Contractor experience is a must Have great communication and negotiating skills as well as presentation.
