Role & Responsibilities: Letting & vetting of sub-contractor packages Liaise with suppliers and sub-contractors and stakeholders Negotiate agreements striving for win win outcomes Tracking of project expenditure against budget Responsible for progress claims, project cash flow & forecasting Your Background: Must have 4 years experience with a commercial builder Main Contractor experience is a must (ideally with a Fit-Out builder) Ability to communicate effectively Display the right attitude, ability to learn and grow Able to work in a team environment and drive outcomes You will receive: $135k - $150k package Excellent mentoring and gain valuable experience Vast career options CBD office location Variety of projects to further your reputation in the industry The builder: Based in the CBD with brand new offices, this fit out and refurbishment head contractor has gone from strength to strength in the last 5 years.
