Workplace Coordinator Location: HCF House, Sydney CBD (on-site) Employment Type: 18-month max-term contract Work Arrangement: 5 days on-site (with occasional flexibility) About the Role Reporting to the Workplace Manager, this is a hands-on, highly visible role at the heart of our workplace experience. As Workplace Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring HCF House operates seamlessly day-to-day, delivering a welcoming, professional and high-quality environment for employees and visitors alike. You’ll be the go-to person on-site, supporting everything from meeting room coordination and events to AV troubleshooting and workspace set-up. This is a role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment and takes pride in creating a polished and efficient workplace. Key Responsibilities You’ll support the delivery of Workplace Services across a broad range of areas, including: Acting as a central point of contact for Workplace Services at HCF House Managing meeting room and desk booking systems, including reporting and optimisation Coordinating and delivering seamless meetings and events, including room set-up and pack-down Providing AV support (Teams, video conferencing, troubleshooting and escalation) Ensuring office spaces, meeting rooms and shared areas are consistently well-presented Supporting workstation setup, light ergonomic adjustments and cable management Delivering workplace inductions, office tours and onboarding support Managing office supplies, kitchen inventory and general workplace communications Liaising with building management, security and cleaning teams to maintain high standards Supporting hybrid ways of working and helping employees navigate workplace systems Assisting with ad hoc support for other HCF sites, including Parramatta and Melbourne coworking space About You You’re proactive, approachable and thrive in a service-driven environment. You’re equally comfortable rolling up your sleeves to reset a meeting room as you are supporting stakeholders with professionalism and care. You’ll bring: Experience in Workplace Services, Facilities, or a similar corporate environment Strong working knowledge of AV and video conferencing tools (especially Microsoft Teams) Experience coordinating meetings, events or office operations Confidence working with multiple systems and troubleshooting issues calmly Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities A hands-on, solutions-focused mindset and ability to work autonomously Strong communication skills with a warm, professional and engaging style A genuine passion for delivering a high-quality workplace experience Why Join?
