Proven standalone OD/L&D leader who can own an end to end learning function with confidence. Strategic and outcomes focused, able to build learning programs that directly support business performance. Hands on content creator, experienced in writing and designing high quality, engaging learning materials. Confident facilitator, credible in front of leaders and teams both in person and online. Strong learning systems capability, including practical experience using an LMS to enable delivery. Trusted business partner, comfortable managing stakeholders, travelling nationally, and demonstrating capability through practical assessment. Key Responsibilities Lead and own Knight Frank Australia’s organisational development and learning agenda end to end. Design and deliver learning strategies and capability programs aligned to business priorities. Build high quality learning content across facilitator led, digital and blended formats. Facilitate engaging learning experiences, particularly in leadership and sales capability. Partner with senior leaders and executives to understand needs and influence outcomes. Manage learning systems and delivery at pace, operating confidently as a standalone specialist.
