You will be trusted to manage competing priorities, anticipate needs, and ensure the seamless day-to-day running of executive operations. Key Responsibilities Provide high-level, strategic support to the CEO and Chairman Manage complex and ever-changing calendars, meetings, and travel Prepare board packs, reports, presentations, and briefing documents Act as a key liaison between executives, internal stakeholders, and external partners Coordinate board and executive meetings, including agendas and minutes Screen and prioritise communications with a high level of discretion Drive efficiency across executive workflows and processes About You: Proven experience supporting at C-suite level (CEO/Chairman/Board exposure essential) Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure Strong business acumen and ability to anticipate executive needs Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal Professional, discreet, and confident dealing with senior stakeholders Advanced skills across Microsoft Office and presentation preparation Want to know more?
