This is a full‑time, front‑of‑house role supporting a large, creative studio of 80 people across Australia. We’re looking for someone warm, personable, and proactive — a natural communicator who enjoys creating a positive experience for staff, clients, and visitors. You’ll be supported by a highly experienced Senior Studio Administrator and connected with a national admin network across multiple states. About the Role As the Studio Coordinator / Reception Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for the business, ensuring the studio runs smoothly each day. This is a fast‑paced, people‑focused role with a mix of reception, admin coordination, and studio support. Your responsibilities will include: Greeting guests, clients, and visitors and managing meeting room coordination Managing national phone lines — answering calls for multiple states and triaging messages Supporting senior administrators in WA and SA with day‑to‑day studio ops Coordinating internal events and cultural initiatives (e.g., Harmony Day, monthly BBQs) Managing deliveries, Woolies orders, kitchen supplies, and general office upkeep Assisting with local and national team admin requests Ensuring the studio is welcoming, organised, and running efficiently at all times About You We’re looking for someone who brings energy, professionalism, and a genuine love of people. You will thrive in this role if you are: Experienced in reception, front‑of‑house, or administration (3–4 years) Confident operating in a busy, fast‑moving environment A strong communicator who enjoys being the “go‑to” person Comfortable supporting senior stakeholders (and managing up when needed) Happy working full‑time on site from 8.30am–5.00pm A true team player — easy‑going, collaborative, and positive Tech‑friendly (MS Office essential; Adobe experience a bonus) Someone who enjoys contributing to team culture and studio events Importantly: this is not a pathway into architecture — it is a stable, people‑focused admin role for someone who genuinely loves this kind of work.
