About the Role Due to the continued growth of the business, Contract Resources are seeking a Project Administrator to support our Western Australian project team. This role will work closely with Project Managers and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are set up, tracked, and reported on accurately, with a strong focus on invoicing, cost control, and day-to-day administrative support. Role Accountabilities include: Set up and maintain client jobs/contracts in internal systems (JMS) Manage project invoicing and ensure accuracy of timesheets and data Maintain project records, registers, and general data entry Generate reports and provide admin support to Project Managers Liaise with internal teams, clients, and suppliers Assist with cost control reporting and tracking project performance Support forecasting, budgeting, and identification of potential risks Ensure contracts are set up correctly to enable accurate billing and reporting Assist with end-of-month processes, reconciliations, and invoicing deadlines Support continuous improvement of systems, processes, and reporting Requirements & Experience Needed Minimum 2 years’ experience in a project administration role, ideally within a similar or heavy industry environment Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, along with general system/database experience High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Experience working with internal and external stakeholders in a service-focused environment Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Understanding of project systems and processes (JMS experience advantageous) A proactive approach with the ability to identify improvements and support team outcomes How to apply If you are seeking a challenging and rewarding role with a dynamic, growing organisation, please select the ‘Apply Now’ button to submit your application.
