With established systems, a solid leadership team, and a consistent pipeline of work, the business is well-positioned for continued growth. They are now seeking an experienced General Manager to take full ownership of the QLD operations, driving performance, growth, and overall business success. You’ll need 10 years’ in glazed facades and commercial windows preferrably in Brisbane. Experience managing a similar business that manufactures, procures, designs and installs commercial windows and facade. Expertise in P&L oversight with full responsibility for Profit/Loss, safety, production, Project Delivery, HR, tendering, design, procurement - the entire business. Solid understanding of market trends, positioning, and competitors. Strong builder, subcontractor relationships. Track record of achieving revenue targets and improving performance Experience optimising fabrication and installation operations. Strong knowledge of contracts, compliance, safety, and ISO processes. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
