You’ll spend four days on the road meeting clients face-to-face, building relationships, and closing deals, with one day in the office to reset, strategise, and stay aligned with the wider team. What You’ll Be Doing Day to day you’ll take full ownership of the sales cycle—from identifying prospects and opening conversations, through to pitching, negotiating, and closing sales. As a natural hunter you’ll proactively seek out new opportunities across automotive dealership space and maintain a strong pipeline through consistent outbound activity—calls, meetings, networking, and referrals. You’ll deliver high-impact presentations both over the phone and in person, tailoring your approach to each client and manage a small number of existing accounts who you will also identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within. What We’re Looking For You’ve come from a pure hunting background and genuinely enjoy the chase—this isn’t a passive sales role. You’ve got experience in digital, automotive, SaaS, or tech sales, and understand how to sell value in a competitive market. You’re a natural closer with a proven track record of exceeding targets and winning new business and chasing healthy commissions. You’re confident operating in a field-based role, managing your own time and territory without needing constant direction. You’re resilient, driven, and commercially sharp—you know how to handle objections, navigate stakeholders, and get deals over the line.
