An established and highly regarded national construction and fitout business is seeking a motivated Bid Coordinator to join their NSW Fitout & Refurbishment team. Working closely with senior leaders and experienced bid professionals, you will play an integral role in coordinating compelling, high-quality tender submissions that support continued growth and success. The Opportunity This is a fast-paced and varied role suited to someone who enjoys managing multiple priorities, working to deadlines, and producing polished, professional documents. You will help drive the bid process from initial kick-off through to final submission, ensuring all responses are compliant, accurate, and delivered to a high standard. Key Responsibilities Coordinate the preparation and submission of bids, tenders and EOIs from start to finish Manage bid schedules, deadlines, documentation and stakeholder inputs Maintain version control and ensure submission accuracy Prepare and format high-quality proposal documents and presentations Liaise with internal teams to gather technical and commercial information Ensure responses meet client requirements and governance processes Contribute to improving templates, systems and bid processes About You You may come from a bids, proposals, marketing or project coordination background and enjoy working in a structured, deadline-driven environment. You will ideally bring: Previous experience in bids, tenders, proposals or a similar coordination role Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities Excellent written communication and attention to detail Confidence working with multiple internal stakeholders Strong capability across Microsoft Office, particularly Word, InDesign, and PowerPoint A proactive, team-oriented approach Why Apply?
