Role Overview The Divisional Director is a key member of Profusion’s Senior Leadership Team (SLT). They are accountable for driving the performance, growth, and culture of multiple teams, specialisations, or geographies. The role holds ultimate responsibility for the financial performance, strategic direction, and operational excellence of their division, while also contributing to the wider Group strategy and priorities Key Responsibilities Achieves Division Results Owns multiple P&L’s and ensures delivery of agreed revenue and profitability targets Translates Group strategy into divisional goals and execution plans Builds accountability frameworks—holding Directors and managers to clear targets Maintains a personal revenue contribution and drives overall uplift in performance Uses data, reporting, and market insights to course-correct and maximise output Grows the Business Ceates and executes a divisional growth strategy covering market share, headcount, and profit Proactively identifies new sectors, services, or geographies to expand the Group footprint Oversees strategic client relationships across multiple business units, ensuring SLA’s are met or exceeded Contributes to the Senior Leadership Team Actively participates in SLT strategy, planning, and decision-making Collaborates with fellow SLT members to ensure “One Team, One Scoreboard” Balances divisional priorities with Group-wide objectives Champions innovation, technology, and AI adoption as part of the Group’s Flywheel Upholds the financial, cultural, and compliance guardrails Skills & Experience Minimum 5 years’ recruitment experience (Financial Services experience highly advantageous). Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong attention to detail. High emotional intelligence, a positive attitude, and a self-driven mindset. Proven success in billing performance and client satisfaction. Strong business development and relationship management capabilities.
