Benefits: Monday to Friday Work Week 6am - 2pm work hours - available overtime Additional 10% Leading hand allowance Permanent Full Time Position Job Details Lead and support workshop staff to meet production targets Coordinate workflow, job allocation, and task prioritisation Assist with practical engineering/manufacturing duties as required Conduct quality checks and ensure compliance with safety standards Maintain production records and progression reports Promote a positive, safe, and efficient workplace culture What is Required?
