A confident decision‑maker who can hold standards, lead through challenge and manage complex operational dynamics. Strong communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for frontline teams and build trust across shifts and functions. A continuous improvement mindset, with capability in problem solving, root cause analysis and using data to improve processes.
