Project Engineer (FRP) Sydney, NSW $125,000 - $140,000 & Super Core Talent is partnering with a well-established and rapidly growing contractor to recruit a Project Engineer specialising in FRP (Formwork, Reinforcement, Concrete) and structural works . Our client is a highly respected player in the NSW construction market, delivering large-scale commercial, infrastructure, and complex structural packages . With integrated capabilities across formwork systems, reinforcement installation, concrete delivery, and temporary works , they provide full-service structure solutions to Tier 1 and Tier 2 builders. This is an excellent opportunity to join a contractor known for delivering technically challenging projects across high-rise, transport infrastructure, and major civil works . The Role As a Project Engineer, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of structure packages, working closely with Project Managers, Site Engineers, and site teams. Key responsibilities include: Coordinating FRP works across formwork, reo, and concrete activities Managing programs, sequencing, and short-term planning Reviewing drawings, specifications, and resolving technical queries (RFIs) Monitoring subcontractors, suppliers, and site productivity Ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards Cost tracking, forecasting, and supporting commercial outcomes Liaising with Tier 1 builders and key stakeholders About You We’re looking for a driven and technically strong engineer with experience in structural or civil construction.
