The Role : As a Senior Sales & Production Estimator, you will play a pivotal role across both sales and production functions, supporting the business with accurate and timely estimating. Responsibilities: Preparing tenders, pricing variations, completing bills of quantities, managing point-of-sale pricing, and supporting the sales team to drive successful outcomes. You will also contribute to improving estimating systems, templates and processes, maintain variation libraries, ensure accurate pricing based on supplier rates and margins, and assist with custom home estimating using first-principles BOQs. The role will involve reviewing supplier quotes, liaising with internal teams, managing deadlines and working across systems such as Databuild and other construction software platforms. About You: You will have 10 years’ experience in residential estimating, with a strong background across both sales and production estimating. You bring excellent attention to detail, strong numerical skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. You are confident working both independently and as part of a team, with a proactive approach and a strong sense of accountability. A solid understanding of the NCC/BCA and Australian Standards is essential, along with experience using estimating software such as Databuild & Planswift. Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise effectively with internal stakeholders are key.
