Building Manager Onsite – South-Western Sydney Permanent Full-Time Opportunity Salary - Up to $110,000 We are seeking an experienced Building Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a premium residential building in South-western Sydney. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of building operations while working closely with owners, contractors, and committee members to ensure the property is maintained to a high standard. You will play a key role in maintaining building performance, coordinating contractors, and ensuring residents and stakeholders receive a high level of service. The Role Oversee daily building operations and ensure the property is maintained to a high standard Manage and coordinate contractors, ensuring works are completed safely and efficiently Maintain building procedures, compliance records, and operational documentation Liaise with owners, strata committees, and service providers Assist with budget planning and provide input on annual expenditure Prepare and present regular building reports Coordinate maintenance works, repairs, and inspections Attend strata committee meetings and Annual General Meetings where required About You Previous experience in Building Management Minimum 3 years experience in a building management role Strong Experience with BMC Experience managing building defects is highly regarded Strong understanding of Strata Schemes, WHS, and relevant legislation Professional communication and stakeholder management skills Strong administrative and organisational ability Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) Proactive and able to work both independently and within a team Positive attitude with the ability to manage a variety of responsibilities Requirements Valid Driver’s Licence and own transport This is a great opportunity for an experienced Building Manager looking to take ownership of a well-managed residential building while continuing to grow their career within the industry.
