Description Production Crew Member – Asphalt | Rosehill NSW Full-time opportunity | Day & Night Shift flexibility Join our Rosehill team as a full-time Production Crew Member and play a key role in the safe and efficient manufacture of asphalt. About the Role Based at our Rosehill asphalt plant , you’ll be a vital member of the production crew, responsible for operating and maintaining mobile plant equipment while ensuring all safety, quality, and production standards are met. Your key responsibilities will include: Operating mobile equipment to support asphalt production Assisting with plant operations and general production tasks Performing basic maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment Ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and quality procedures Working collaboratively as part of a skilled production team About You To be successful in this role, you’ll bring: General Construction Induction Card (White Card) – essential Mechanical skills – trade background or mechanically minded experience highly regarded Asphalt manufacturing experience or experience in a similar industrial environment (desirable) Competency operating Front End Loaders, Skid Steers, and Forklifts A strong, positive attitude and ability to work well in a team Flexibility to work day and night shifts as required A genuine commitment to Downer’s Zero Harm safety culture What We Offer On-the-job training and ongoing upskilling opportunities Above-award pay rates with annual increases Penalty rates and RDO allowances Recognition as a WORK180 Endorsed Employer for Women Access to a wide range of employee benefits and lifestyle discounts Downer celebrates diversity and encourages applications from people of all backgrounds.
