Position Summary Become a member of our team as a Production Labourer, contributing to the manufacturing and packaging of aluminium windows and doors. You’ll work alongside experienced production teams in a safe, supportive environment with full training provided to ensure high-quality outcomes. What’s on Offer: $33.02 per hour plus penalty rates for overtime Pay increases as more skills are learned Casual to permanent opportunity after 4 months Responsibilities: Assemble windows, doors, and related products Use hand and power tools Operate machinery such as presses, routers, and punches Pack and prepare products for transport Maintain correct labelling and storage throughout production Conduct quality checks across the production line Work with the team to meet deadlines and maintain safety standards Requirements: Basic understanding of hand and power tools (training provided) Own transport and PPE Strong attention to quality Reliable and willing to learn Company Overview: Join an expanding company specialising in high-end aluminium windows and doors for the construction industry.
