This is a newly created leadership role responsible for building, developing, and leading a high-performing customer service team. You will play a critical role in supporting sales operations, enhancing customer experience and ensuring service excellence across multiple channels and markets. This position is ideal for a hands-on leader who enjoys balancing team development, operational delivery, and cross-functional collaboration.
