They’re seeking an experienced Site Manager to take full ownership of site delivery from establishment through to completion. This role is ideal for someone who prefers structured projects, realistic timelines, and a builder that trusts its site leaders. No FIFO. No weekend grind. Just a well-run build with proper support behind you. What You’ll Be Responsible For Overseeing all on-site activity from start to finish Coordinating trades, suppliers, deliveries, and site logistics Maintaining strong standards across safety, quality, and compliance Working closely with the Project Manager to keep delivery on track Managing clear communication with subcontractors and stakeholders About You Proven Site Manager experience on commercial or retail projects Comfortable delivering builds in the $5M–$20M range Calm, organised leader who runs clean and efficient sites Strong knowledge of WA construction standards and WHS Full Australian working rights What’s On Offer $130K–$140K Super & vehicle Monday–Friday hours Long-term opportunity with a stable WA builder Supportive leadership and sensible construction programs Future project continuity with a respected local contractor If you’re after a steady, well-supported Site Manager role where quality and balance are genuinely valued, this is well worth considering.
