Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance Management & Offboarding Identify best sourcing options & lead interviewing process Partner with new-hire manager to develop & deliver individual onboarding plan and overall employee experience Manage probation reviews and work closely with managers on any performance concerns and/or terminations Effectively work with managers in relation to voluntary or involuntary resignations including all legalities and ensuring correct processes are followed Deliver a strong off-boarding experience Growth & Development Ensure all individual development & succession plans are completed and approved by m anagers. Leading Local Talent Reviews Organize local training not provided regionally within agreed budget. Effectively recommend and communicate re Global LinkedIn Learning offerings Support managers towards promotion recommendations/announcements Lead efforts in relation to the 360 tool for all employees associated with the legal entities (except senior leadership) Compensation & Benefits Partner with managers on annual merit increase process. Lead discussions with functional or senior leaders Benchmark compensation for positions/levels/roles & complete annual Mercer survey Work with local benefit carriers and service providers to assess performance and identify opportunities for process streamlining in line with market practice and delivering better value to the Company and employees Engagement Encourage participation to annual engagement survey, analyze results, review with senior leaders and lead collective action planning approach Work closely with nominated team members to design and deploy a yearly drumbeat of employee engagement activities, based on the survey action plan, in line with the allocated budget (Birthday Celebrations, “Social Club” group, Town Halls, Lead Team Meetings, Offsites Organization) Ensure all Contracts / Benefits / Employee Policies are in line with local law and market practice Office / Team Management and Admin Support Spaces Account Management: Invoicing, Add/Remove User, Access Pass & Fob, Booking Meeting Rooms. IT inventory, Set up laptops for new hires Qualifications Qualifications Degree level education or equivalent in relevant discipline At least 5 years of HR Generalist experience Ability to accomplish most of the HR operational activities independently, and exercise sound decisions/judgement/confidentiality Self-starter, with a pro-active and resourceful “can do” approach Understanding and knowledge of basic labor/tax laws for Australia Ability to collaborate with different stakeholders cross-functionally, strong in communication and presentation Excellent planning and organization Attention to detail and passion for excellence Ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure Quick learner Team player
