Job Description Develop and oversee HV secondary substation designs in compliance with Australian standards. Lead protection & control system designs, ensuring accuracy and reliability. Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project alignment and success. Advise clients on project requirements, solutions, and best practices. Mentor and support junior engineers in their professional development. Ensure the delivery of high-quality engineering outputs within project timelines. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the engineering department. The Successful Applicant A successful Lead Secondary Engineer should have: Proven expertise in HV secondary substation design and protection & control systems. Strong knowledge of Australian standards and industry best practices. Experience leading projects within the energy & natural resources sector. Ability to effectively coordinate with multidisciplinary teams. Strong client advisory and relationship management skills. Passion for mentoring and developing junior engineers.
