About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Site Engineer to plan, design, organise, and oversee the construction and operation of civil engineering projects. The position requires applying civil engineering principles, ensuring compliance with Australian standards and safety, and managing on-site activities from inception to completion. Key Responsibilities: Plan and Coordination: Plan, coordinate, and supervise day-to-day site activities in compliance with safety and regulations. Coordinate daily site operations, subcontractors, and materials Quality Control: Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards. Ensure WHS (Work Health & Safety) compliance across all site activities Prepare budget and reports: Monitor progress, manage budgets, and prepare cost reports in timely manner. Track project progress and prepare regular reports Assist in cost estimation and budget management You are required to: Interpret technical drawings, specifications, and construction methods Oversee materials, plant, equipment, and workforce allocation Conduct site investigations and assess geotechnical conditions Manage design changes, evaluate cost impacts, negotiate variations and resolve on-site technical challenges Analyse structural systems for static and dynamic loads and verify structural safety and durability Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure project objectives are met Key Requirements: Experience working on commercial construction projects Bachelor degree qualification in Engineering At least 3 years of relevant work experience as an Engineer Strong knowledge of Australian construction standards and WHS regulations Proficiency in project management software (Procore, MS Project, AutoCAD) Excellent communication and problem-solving skills White Card (Construction Induction Card) required Valid driver’s licence Applications close 30 days from the date of advertisement .
