They are a leading provider of Mental Health and Disability Services across QLD and NSW In collaboration with state and federal government, commissioned by the Gold Coast PHN, Open Minds have been chosen as the lead agency for the brand new Medicare Mental Health Centre in Pimpama, on the Gold Coast. The centre will offer mental health support and care for people in distress, without the need for an appointment, referral or mental health treatment plan. Staffed by a multidisciplinary care team, including mental health clinicians and peer workers, care is tailored to the needs of each person who visits. As the Clinical Services Manager, you will be responsible for clinical oversight, governance and oversee service delivery of the Centre on the Gold Coast. As this is a brand new service opening soon, you will be have autonomy over building and onboarding the clinical team, developing policies and procedures and driving culture within the Pimpama team.
