About the role Applications are now open for a Service Manager opportunity in Roma. Working full time hours, you'll oversee operational teams and ensure our services align with customer needs in our Supported Independent Living (SILs), In-Home Supports, Community Access and Day Services. A key aspect of this role is optimising your networking abilities to build strong relationships with external services, community organisations, and referral sources. By expanding Multicap's reach, you'll help bring in new customers and ensure more people receive the support they need. About You Leading a capable and enthusiastic team, you'll step into a well-oiled operation utilising your passion for the disability sector, leadership experience and motivation. On a day-to-day basis you will: Lead, develop, and support a high-performing team to deliver quality, person-centred services. Have experience in staff recruitment, development, and performance management Have experience in developing Person-Centred Plans within a positive behaviour framework. Bring a deep understanding of legislation, compliance, and safe work practices. Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial targets. Have a proven ability to build external partnerships and drive customer engagement through networking.
