About the Role We are seeking an Executive Assistant to join the team in providing a high-level executive and administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer, Board of Directors, and Aurora Leadership Team. This role is a key enabler of business outcomes through the management of the Office of the Chief Executive Officer and Board correspondence, coordination of travel arrangements, events, diary management and preparation and distribution of Board papers. About You You thrive in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining an eye for accuracy and attention to detail. You excel in organisation and time management skills; managing competing priorities with professionalism and discretion. You’re a team player with a collaborative approach as you build strong relationships with all levels of stakeholders across the organisation and externally. Lastly, you’ll be proficient with the MS Office suite of products.
