Introduction We’ are looking for a compassionate, friendly and organised casual Administrative Support Officer to manage our front desk and support daily operations. As the first point of contact, you’ll play a key role in creating a warm, respectful, and professional experience for clients, families, and visitors. Description Key responsibilities As an Administration Officer, you will: · Provide frontline service, ensuring prompt, sensitive and confidential handling of enquiries. · Answer telephone calls promptly, courteously, and professional. · Outbound calls advising clients of changes with their services. · Accurately receive and convey messages in writing, verbally, and electronically. · Interact compassionately and professionally with clients and their families. · Handle cash, EFTPOS, and other payments in accordance with TDN’s billing policy. · Scan and file documents. Skills And Experiences What We’re Looking For We are seeking someone who has: · Excellent verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills. · Strong computer literacy, specifically in client management systems and word-based software (e.g. Word, outlook) · Ability to communicate with a range of internal and external stakeholders. · Ability to work independently and prioritise work tasks.
