This role is ideal for candidates with strong hands-on experience across mixed farming enterprises and a passion for supporting the next generation of agricultural professionals. The successful applicant will oversee day-to-day farm operations while contributing to a dynamic learning environment that integrates practical agriculture with educational outcomes. About the Role The Farm Supervisor is responsible for managing a diverse agricultural operation, including livestock, cropping, and general farm infrastructure. The position also plays a key role in supporting teaching programs by ensuring farm activities align with curriculum requirements. Key responsibilities include: Supervising farm operations across multiple enterprises Managing resources, workflows, and seasonal priorities Supporting staff and students in practical agricultural activities Maintaining farm infrastructure, grounds, and equipment Ensuring safe and effective operational practices Additional Information This is a permanent, non-teaching position within a school-based agricultural setting. Onsite accommodation and access to a work vehicle will available.
