We work on a wide range of modern and high-value vehicles, delivering factory-quality results. The Role We are seeking a skilled and experienced Panel Beater to join our team. This is a hands-on role focused on repairing, restoring, and preparing vehicle bodies to a high standard prior to the team then painting the parts. Key Responsibilities Remove and refit vehicle components including bumpers, trims, lights, mirrors, and panels Disassemble vehicles to allow for repair, painting, or replacement of damaged parts Reassemble vehicle components to manufacturer specifications Inspect parts for damage and report any issues to the workshop team Label and store parts carefully during disassembly to ensure correct refit Assist spray painters by preparing vehicles for repair and refinishing Ensure all components are aligned, fitted, and secured correctly during reassembly Carry out adjustments to panels and fittings where required Maintain a clean and organised workspace Follow all workplace health and safety procedures Skills & Qualifications Required Minimum 3 years experience as a Panel Beater Relevant trade qualification in automotive body repair (or equivalent experience and knowledge) Strong knowledge of panel repair techniques and equipment Ability to work on modern vehicles with precision High attention to detail and workmanship Ability to work independently and within a team What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience Full-time, stable employment Work on high-end and modern vehicles Supportive and professional team environment
