About the role Our client is seeking an experienced Site / Project Manager to join their growing team. This is a dual-role position combining on-site supervision with office-based project management responsibilities. You will oversee residential projects from start to finish, ensuring timelines, quality standards, safety compliance, and client expectations are consistently met. Key Responsibilities for the role Manage day-to-day site operations for residential builds Coordinate trades, suppliers, and project schedules Ensure site safety compliance including SWMS, inductions, and documentation Monitor build quality and ensure all works meet company standards Utilise systems such as Buildertrend (or similar) for project tracking Liaise with clients, architects, and internal team members Assist with scheduling, procurement, and project planning Skills and Experience Proven experience in residential construction (extensions, renovations, custom builds) Background in carpentry or a relevant trade (highly regarded) Strong understanding of site safety requirements and compliance (SWMS) Experience using construction management systems (e.g. Buildertrend) Highly organised with strong attention to detail * Excellent communication and leadership skills Culture Join a supportive and growth-focused team that values quality workmanship, clear communication, and a positive work environment.
