Role Overview The General Manager is responsible for leading organisational operations and ensuring high-quality, compliant NDIS service delivery aligned with strategic objectives. Key responsibilities include :- Leading day-to-day operations across multiple service areas, including SIL, support coordination, community programs and therapy supports; Ensuring NDIS compliance, audit readiness, and effective risk management practices; Overseeing service delivery, staffing, rostering, and performance outcomes across multiple sites; Driving team leadership, capability development and a positive organisational culture; Supporting operational systems, processes, and continuous improvement initiatives; Working closely with the Directors to support business growth and leadership transition. Skills, Knowledge, and Experience The successful candidate will demonstrate strong operational leadership within the NDIS or disability sector, with proven experience managing teams and service delivery across multiple programs. Key requirements include :- Strong understanding of NDIS funding, compliance, and regulatory requirements; Experience across multiple service streams, including SIL and/or support coordination; Ability to balance operational demands with quality participant outcomes; Proven leadership capability, including team development and performance management; Strong decision-making, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills; Experience working within growing or evolving organisations will be highly regarded. Relevant qualifications and current clearances, including NDIS Worker Screening and Working with Children Check are essential.
