The Clinical Operations Manager is a senior clinical leadership role responsible for driving high-quality, evidence-based care and ensuring compliance with aged care standards. The role is primarily clinical (80%), with a strong focus on clinical governance, coaching, risk management, and continuous improvement, while also providing operational support (20%) to ensure effective day-to-day service delivery across the precinct. Key Responsibilities Clinical Leadership (80%) Lead and model best-practice, resident-centred clinical care Coach and mentor clinical and care teams, supporting capability development Coordinate complex case management and multidisciplinary collaboration, including GP rounds Conduct clinical audits, care plan reviews, medication management and incident reviews Identify and escalate clinical risks in line with governance frameworks Support rostering, care minutes, AN-ACC and compliance activities Operational Support (20%) Provide clinical insight to support daily operations and service delivery Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and service planning Support admissions, transitions, and operational problem-solving Escalate complex operational issues as required About You Essential Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse Minimum 5 years' experience in residential aged care, including complex care Proven experience in a clinical management role Strong knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards and NDIS requirements Demonstrated leadership, coaching, and conflict management skills Understanding of clinical and operational integration within a precinct model Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) check with NDIS endorsement What's On Offer Competitive salary and not-for-profit salary packaging benefits Professional development and leadership growth opportunities Supportive, values-driven working environment Employee wellbeing benefits and access to assistance programs Relocation and accomodation support is available.
