What You’ll Be Doing Lead the consolidation of financial results across Australian and New Zealand operations, overseeing month‑end and year‑end processes, journal entries, reconciliations, and compliance. Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring strong financial controls and high‑quality documentation. Manage corporate treasury operations, including cash flow, forecasting, and the annual budgeting process. Drive enhancements across financial systems, controls, and processes-identifying ways to automate, streamline, and lift efficiency. Support commercial finance activities, monitor contract obligations, and provide valuable financial insights to operational leaders. Partner closely with teams across the business to improve performance and contribute to key strategic initiatives. Supervise and mentor junior accountants and finance officers. Step in to support additional finance‑related tasks as needed. What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, or similar. CA or CPA qualification. 5 years’ experience in professional services or a commercial finance role, with strong technical accounting skills. Experience in listed environments is highly regarded. Deep knowledge of month‑end, year‑end, and audit processes. Strong MS Excel capability and experience with ERP/accounting systems. Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging with stakeholders at all levels. A proactive mindset, passion for continuous improvement, and the drive to step up.
