Administration Support Perth, WA Kinetic is seeking an enthusiastic and detail‑driven Administrator to support our growing charter and special events business across Western Australia. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys building strong customer relationships, and brings a proactive approach to sales support and administration. About the Role Reporting to the Sales Manager – WA , you will play a key part in supporting the delivery of exceptional charter services by engaging with customers, preparing quotes, and helping drive business growth. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer needs are understood, expectations are met, and opportunities for new or repeat business are captured. Key Responsibilities Liaise with existing and new customers, acting as a key point of contact Build rapport with potential clients and help arrange meetings Receive and process incoming charter enquiries Prepare accurate, timely charter quotes and client proposals Seek customer feedback to understand success and identify areas for improvement Support retention and growth of current accounts Conduct research to identify new business opportunities Provide monthly and ad‑hoc reporting to the Sales Manager Maintain strong relationships with internal teams, including Operations, Planning & Scheduling, and General Managers About You Experience in administration, assisting a team and customer facing will be very well regarded Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills Strong organisational abilities with the capacity to multitask and manage complex enquiries A proactive and positive approach, with the ability to work in an agile and dynamic environment High level of computer literacy (Microsoft Office and internal systems) Self‑motivated, with strong attention to detail and an improvement mindset The benefits of working with us: We are Australasia's leading mass transit bus operator and are rapidly growing.
