This is a relationship-focused, farming role centred on managing and growing a portfolio of SME clients. The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor to their clients, building genuine long-term partnerships and engaging in meaningful strategic conversations around technology direction, including areas such as security and broader IT roadmaps. You don't need to be deeply technical, but you should be comfortable with the language and confident enough to ask the right questions and guide discussions at a strategic level.
