We are currently seeking an experience Warranty Administrator to join this leading OEM located in Brisbane. Hybrid role – 3 days in the office. This role is responsible for reviewing and adjudicating warranty approvals and dealer claims, while providing professional support to dealer networks and ensuring compliance with OEM warranty policies. Key responsibilities Review, assess and adjudicate work approval requests and warranty claims Apply OEM warranty policies and repair procedures accurately and consistently Process, approve, adjust or decline claims within the OEM warranty system Provide support and guidance to dealers on claim submission Identify trends and opportunities for process or system improvement Experience & skills Automotive OEM or dealership experience and a strong understanding of warranty processes High attention to detail and strong time‑management skills Confident communicator with strong stakeholder engagement capability with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 This is an opportunity to join leading OEM in the automotive industry with a collaborative & supportive culture to see you achieve success.
