You will manage clinical services, build care pathways and support safe discharge, improving communication, cognition and swallowing outcomes. • Assess complex swallowing and communication needs • Plan and deliver tailored therapy and care • Lead discharge planning and care pathways • Represent speech pathology in service planning • Support team practice and service improvement About You You are an experienced Speech Pathologist who delivers evidence based care and works confidently across multidisciplinary teams. • Degree in Speech Pathology eligible for SPA • Experience in dysphagia and communication care • Strong clinical judgement and person centred care • Ability to prioritise and manage complex caseloads • Confident communicator with teamwork focus Why You’ll Love It Here - CALHN benefits that matter In line with the new Allied Health Professionals, Assistants and Psychologists Enterprise Agreement 2025 you’ll enjoy enhanced benefits that support you and your career.
