We are looking for a dedicated Contract Speech Pathologist to join our team. Whether you are looking to fill a few days around other commitments or build a substantial caseload, this subcontracting role allows you to take full control of your schedule. The Role As a mobile contractor, you will provide community-based Speech Pathology services to NDIS participants and private clients. Conduct functional assessments and deliver evidence-based interventions. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy) to achieve holistic client goals. Manage your own diary, you decide when, where, and how much you work. Complete clinical documentation and reporting in a timely, professional manner. What We Are Looking For Certified Practising Speech Pathologist (CPSP) with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA). A friendly, empathetic, and patient-centered approach to therapy. Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills. Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check (WWCC), and Police Clearance. Current Driver’s License and a reliable vehicle for community visits. An active ABN and appropriate professional indemnity/public liability insurance. Why Contract With Therapy Right?
