This role will also play a critical part in delivering high-quality outcomes, driving innovation and strengthening MNG's reputation across a range of industry sectors. You will work alongside a highly skilled and collaborative team, managing challenging and varied project briefs and applying the most appropriate technologies to deliver the best possible outcomes for our clients. What we're looking for As our projects span a wide range of survey types and technologies, we are looking for people with strong project management foundations who are eager to learn and enjoy working through complex challenges. Some typical projects may include traditional feature surveys, Scan to BIM using aerial, mobile, terrestrial or handheld scanners, high definition monitoring, subsurface data integration and other infrastructure related survey activities. Manage a range of projects end to end, from initial scoping and planning through to delivery and close‑out. Delivering innovative solutions by leveraging cutting-edge technologies to meet client needs. Overseeing budgets and monitoring financial performance to ensure projects stay on track. Representing MNG at industry events to build our profile and foster client relationships. Coordinating field staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of project outcomes. Skills And Experiences What you bring to the table Previous experience within a similar role, or related industry. Tertiary qualifications in Surveying, or a related discipline. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, high attention to detail, ability to organise and prioritise tasks & work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines. Sound understanding of spatial and surveying processes, administration and management.
