We are seeking a highly capable and proactive Senior Team Administrator to support a busy team within a professional services environment. This is a pivotal role requiring a confident problem-solver who can navigate complex systems, streamline processes, and provide high-level support to Partners and Directors. The team is focused on fostering a supportive and professional working environment. Description Executive Support Provide support to Partners and Directors when required. Manage calendars, correspondence, and priorities across a fast-paced team Prepare, format, and proofread client-facing documents, proposals, and presentations Senior Administration & Team Support Act as a senior point of contact for general administrative coordination and support. Handle incoming queries and resolve issues proactively Client & Compliance Administration Manage client on-boarding and off-boarding processes Maintain and update client management systems (CMS) Coordinate ATO correspondence and manage ATO mail Assist with lodgement of tax returns Finance & Systems Support debtor management, invoicing, and client billing processes Work across multiple systems including: MYOB & Xero Workday (invoicing) Identify system inefficiencies and drive improvements Process Improvement & Problem Solving Troubleshoot issues across multiple systems and processes Take ownership of problems and deliver solutions independently Improve workflows and administrative effectiveness within the team Profile Background in a professional services environment (accounting, tax, or legal) is highly desirable. Experience supporting senior stakeholders (Partners/Directors) Strong problem-solving skills. Advanced computer literacy (Excel, Word, PowerPoint essential) Experience working across multiple systems with confidence (Including MYOB and Xero) Highly organised with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
