About the Role We are seeking an experienced Tradesman Landscaper to step into a leadership position onsite, overseeing project workflow while upholding a consistently high standard of workmanship. This is a hands-on role that requires strong organisational ability, clear client communication, and confidence leading a team across multiple stages of delivery. You will be responsible for planning and supervising onsite operations, ensuring materials and subcontractors are scheduled in advance, and maintaining efficiency throughout all phases of the project. Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate onsite team workflow and daily project activities Interpret plans and manage sequencing from commencement through to completion Maintain proactive daily communication with the client regarding project progress Schedule materials and subcontractors a minimum of two weeks in advance Develop and manage project timelines and WIP scheduling Ensure quality control across all onsite work elements Conduct toolbox talks and maintain workflow boards Liaise with clients on job updates as required Drive onsite efficiency by effectively utilising team strengths Remain hands-on onsite while ensuring structure, organisation, and quality outcomes are maintained Skills and Experience Minimum 10 years' experience within the landscaping industry Strong leadership and proven team management experience Confident ability to read and interpret plans Excellent time management and organisational capability Strong communication and client-facing skills High attention to detail and quality standards Ability to balance hands-on trade work with supervisory responsibilities Positive, approachable attitude and ability to integrate into an established team culture Benefits Competitive remuneration package (dependent on experience) Opportunity to lead projects and influence onsite delivery outcomes Long-term career progression opportunity Exposure to high-quality landscaping projects * Supportive and professional working environment About the Company This opportunity is with one of our valued clients, a well-regarded business recognised for delivering high-quality landscaping projects and maintaining strong industry standards.
