Operating across a broad spectrum of housing, from knockdown rebuilds to custom homes and house & land packages, they maintain a strong presence in the detached home space, with steady volumes and a loyal client base. About the Role They are seeking a Pre-Construction Permits Coordinator to manage all permits and approvals throughout the pre-construction phase. Their product includes a mixture knock down re-builds, house and land and greenfield homes. Previous experience in this role is not essential though some exposure to construction is preferred. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage all permits and approvals required during the pre-construction phase Work with Onsite Companion and the NSW Planning Portal Handle DA/CDC/CC applications accurately and efficiently Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth project progression About You: Any applicable 1-2 years experience in construction or property customer service/administration Proficient and strong work ethic Work for a small knit and supportive team Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment What's on Offer: Work for a reputable home builder in the residential construction industry Office location is Smeaton Grange Strong project pipeline across Greater Sydney, Newcastle, and Hunter.
