The Opportunity As the Dementia Care Coordinator, you will lead with purpose, shaping high quality dementia care that empowers residents, supports families, and inspires staff as a key member of our growing Quality, Risk & Assurance team. This role is a unique opportunity to utilise your clinical & practice expertise, compassionate leadership, and a commitment to delivering person-centred dementia care to support dignity, independence, and quality of life. This opportunity is for an expected maximum term of 12 months, dependent on the current incumbent providing parental leave cover during this period.
