About the Role As a Physiotherapist, you will play a key role in supportingparticipants to achieve their physical goals and enhance theirday-to-day functioning. Your responsibilities will include: Evaluating participants’ physical abilities, movement patterns,and overall functional capacity Designing personalised therapy plans based on individual goalsand needs Delivering hands-on treatment and guided exercise programs toimprove strength, flexibility, and mobility Supporting participants in building confidence to perform dailyactivities more independently Providing practical advice to participants and families onmanaging physical conditions Recommending suitable equipment or adjustments to improvesafety and accessibility Maintaining accurate and up-to-date clinical notes and progressreports Working closely with support workers, families, and other allied health professionals
