Description Provide excellent customer service and product advice to meet client needs. Prepare and follow up on quotes, ensuring timely and accurate communication. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall business objectives. Maintain and update client records and sales reports in the CRM system. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth. Support internal teams with product knowledge and sales insights. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all sales activities. Profile Previous experience in sales, preferably within the steel manufacturing industry. Strong technical aptitude, including the ability to interpret engineering specifications. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting client relationships. Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite. A proactive approach with the ability to identify and act on new opportunities. Attention to detail and strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively. An understanding of the industrial or manufacturing sector is highly regarded.
