Responsibilities: As a BDM at Martian Logic, you’ll drive our revenue growth, gain access to high-value enterprise deals, unlock significant earning potential through uncapped commissions, and fast-track your career. Own the full sales cycle in the ANZ mid-market and enterprise segments. Build and qualify a high-quality sales pipeline through proactive outbound prospecting, cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and targeted campaigns. Lead discovery calls, deliver impactful product demonstrations, overcome objections, negotiate deals, and confidently close new business. Collaborate closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to sharpen messaging and strengthen market positioning. Accurately forecast pipeline and revenue, providing clear visibility to the business Skills & Experience: 3 years of B2B sales experience, with a proven track record across SDR and BDM roles. At least 1 year in SaaS sales — experience in HR tech, HCM, payroll, or related verticals is highly valued. A strong history of consistently exceeding targets, ideally achieving 120% quota attainment. Genuine passion for outbound prospecting, cold calling, and building pipeline from scratch. Excellent business acumen with the confidence and executive presence to engage senior stakeholders such as CHROs, People Directors, and CFOs. High levels of ownership, resilience, and a solutions-oriented mindset that thrives on overcoming challenges. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven, and performance-oriented environment.
